Rules that apply to every plan
- Verification cannot be bought. Paid plans require an active state license (where the state issues one) and current Medicare certification, and we re-check them every month.
- Paid placement is always labeled. Featured listings and sponsored articles are marked so families know.
- No referral fees. Flat fees only. We do not share family contact details and we do not take part in patient referrals.
- Suspended or revoked hospices are removed, and any paid plan is ended.
Common questions
How do I pay? By card, securely through Stripe. Plans renew once a year until you cancel, and we email you before each renewal.
Can I cancel? Yes, anytime from your dashboard. You won’t be charged again, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year, and then your profile goes back to the free basic profile.
Can I feature my hospice in more than one county? Yes. Featured placement is priced per county.
What if my license or Medicare status changes? Tell us right away. If a hospice is suspended or loses its license, we remove its listing and end any paid plan.
