How to claim your listing
- Find your hospice in the directory. Search by name or browse your state and county.
- Open your profile and click “Claim this listing.”
- Create your account using an email address at your hospice’s own domain (not Gmail or Yahoo).
- Send proof that you can act for the hospice: your role, your Medicare ID (CCN) and your state hospice license number, if your state issues one.
- We verify. We check your license and Medicare status and confirm your role, usually within two business days.
Who can claim a listing
The owner, administrator, executive director or an authorized marketing or intake manager of the hospice. We may call the hospice’s main number on file to confirm. We do not approve claims from third-party marketers or referral agencies.
What you need
- A work email at your hospice’s own website domain
- Your Medicare ID (CCN), shown on your profile
- Your state hospice license number, if your state issues one
- Your name and role
Is it free?
Yes. Claiming your listing and keeping the free profile cost nothing. After your claim is approved, you can choose a Verified or Featured plan if you want more visibility.
Can’t find your hospice?
Our directory includes Medicare-certified hospices from CMS data. Some listings are held for review before publishing. If you are certified and cannot find your profile, email [email protected] with your hospice name, CCN and license number.
